Litterite comes in the form of a partially crumbled pellet making it easy to handle and spread. A small amount of sodium hydroxide is used in the production process which not only ensures the absence of moulds and spores but will also inhibits the life cycle of any Litter Beetle in poultry units. Litterite is about 4 times more dense than shavings providing a smooth stable bed.
Litterite can be delivered in bulk or bags by our own vehicles or can be collected from our Cambridgeshire plant.
